Dr. Jeffrey McDonald started his education right here at Bemidji State University, where he received his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. This is when he fell in love with the town of Bemidji. After graduation he moved back to the cities where he completed his Chiropractic schooling. Dr. McDonald attended Northwestern Health Sciences University where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. After graduating, Dr. McDonald started work at Specific Health in Maplewood Minnesota alongside his mentor Dr. Jeffrey Lavell, studying the Gonstead Method of Chiropractic as well as Functional Nutrition for about 2 years. While at Specific Health, Dr. McDonald also specialized in disc herniations, neuropathy, knee and shoulder pain. In the fall of 2021 Dr. McDonald knew it was time to return to the Bemidji area and make it his home. Dr. McDonald resides in the Bemidji area with his wife and their 3 boys.
